1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Agenticlii ("Agenticlii", "we", "us") provides AI agents that work inside Microsoft 365 for organizations in Canada and the United States. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through agenticlii.com (the "site"), through our contact form, and in our business communications with you.
This policy does not cover the data your organization processes through Agenticlii agents inside its own Microsoft 365 tenant. That data is governed by our agreement with your organization. See Client data in our agents.
We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial laws, and the privacy laws of the US states where they apply to us.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you request a working session or email us, we collect what you choose to provide:
- Your name and work email address
- Your organization and role
- The agent and plan you are interested in
- Anything you write in your message
Please don't include sensitive personal information, such as health or financial details about yourself or others, in the contact form.
Information collected automatically
- Approximate location. When you visit, we use your IP address to determine your country so we can show Canadian or US pricing. We use the country result only and do not store your IP address.
- Preferences stored in your browser. The site uses your browser's local storage to remember your pricing region and whether you minimized the sample chat. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us.
- Server and security logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site secure and running.
We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking, and we do not currently use analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
3. How we use your information

- To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations
We collect and use personal information with your consent, which you give when you submit the form or contact us, or where the law otherwise permits. We will only send you marketing emails if you have agreed to receive them, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the US CAN-SPAM Act. You can unsubscribe at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
We share personal information only with:

These providers may use the information only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business, in which case the information would remain protected by this policy.
5. Where your information is stored
We operate in Canada and the United States, and our service providers may store or process information in either country, or elsewhere. When information is outside your province, state or country, it is subject to the laws of that place, and authorities there may be able to access it. We use contractual and other measures to protect it wherever it is processed.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and manage our relationship with you. If no business relationship follows, we delete or anonymize it within 24 months of our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
7. How we protect it
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards suited to the sensitivity of the information, including encrypted connections (TLS), access limited to people who need it, and multi-factor authentication on our business systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the relevant regulators of a breach where the law requires.
8. Your privacy rights
If you are in Canada
You can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw your consent to our use of it (subject to legal or contractual limits). If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your provincial privacy commissioner.
If you are in the United States
Depending on your state, including California, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to access or get a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
How to make a request
Email us at the address below. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time required by law, normally within 30 days in Canada and 45 days in the US. An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf with your written permission.
9. Client data in our agents
When an organization uses Agenticlii agents, the agents run inside that organization's own Microsoft 365 and cloud environment. The organization decides what data the agents may access, and we process that data only on its instructions and under our agreement with it. We do not use client data to train public AI models. If you are an employee or customer of one of our clients, please contact that organization with privacy questions about its data.
10. Children
Our site and services are for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and tell you directly about significant changes where required.
